Product Description

     Plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger with many metal corrugated plates as heat transfer elements. It is suspended by the upper crossbeam, positioned by the lower guide bar, fixed by clamping bolts, and sealed by sealing gaskets between every two plates.
     After the combination of plates, in each piece of plate on both sides of the corrugated runners flow different hot and cold media, due to the special design of the runners, resulting in strong turbulence, increasing the exchange of heat. Due to the existence of turbulence, the surface of the plate is not easy to structure.
    The corrugated crests of neighboring plates contact each other to form a mesh support, which greatly improves the structural strength of the plates and can withstand greater pressure to ensure the safety of the heat exchanger and extend the service life of the equipment.
